Main activities
Among the many ways of defining desertification, the weakness of ecosystem services reflects the difficulty of populations to benefit from conditions favourable to their socio-economic development. It was through this grid that I became interested in the issue of desertification, as well as mechanisms, such as payments for environment services, to manage and preserve the commons that are linked to this services.
