Main activities
Main activities are in link with the evaluation of the role of soils in forest and agricultural ecosystems, in the global change context, in carbon sequestration focusing on soil carbon temporal and spatial dynamics and their integration at regional or national scale (mostly Brazil, Northern and West Africa and Madagascar). Researches focus on tropical and subtropical regions, and more recently on drylands due to their important vulnerability in the global changes context, including climate.
